This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile app Zest Nova Carnival (“the App”) handles information. The App is an offline-first entertainment product. Virtual currency (“Zestdrops”) has no cash value. The App does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, or cash-outs.

2. Summary

3. Information stored on your device
The App uses on-device storage (for example local storage / app preferences) to keep the game working offline. Typical data includes:

4. Information we do not intentionally collect
In the current offline-first design, the App does not require you to provide:
- Name, postal address, or government ID
- Payment card or banking details for gambling
- Account passwords
- Precise continuous location for core play
If you email us for support, we will receive whatever you include in that message (such as your email address and the content of your request) so we can respond.
5. Internet and third parties
Core gameplay is designed to work offline after install. The App does not require a user account or cloud save for the base experience described in this policy.
Your device or app store may process install, update, crash, or diagnostics data under the store’s or operating system’s own policies (for example Google Play). Those services are governed by their privacy notices, not this document.
If analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or other third-party SDKs are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features ship.
6. Children
The App includes simulated gambling-style entertainment with virtual stakes. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact support@zestanovacarnival.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Virtual currency and simulated play
Zestdrops are used only for entertainment inside the App. They cannot be redeemed for real money, real prizes, or anything of monetary value through the App. There is no real-money wagering, deposit, or withdrawal feature in this product.
8. Security
Because progress is stored on your device, protect access to your device with a lock screen or other OS security features. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; we use reasonable design choices appropriate for a local offline game.
9. Your choices
- Change music, SFX, and VFX in the App settings.
- Reset virtual currency using the in-app reset control where available.
- Clear app storage or uninstall the App to remove local game data.

10. International users
The App may be available in multiple regions via app stores. Local laws may give you additional rights regarding personal data. Contact us if you need help exercising applicable rights related to information you sent us by email.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy for the version you install.
